Day 2

Day 2

So I'm ready for day 2.
I feel really good after yesterday, yes I'm feeling tired but I always am due to a few health problems. however I'm positive and prepared for what today has in store.


DAY 2 DONE!

Jesus! I've never felt so unfit! I admit I had to stop alot during the work out, but I got straight back into it when I could! Yes it's about pushing your body and digging deeper but to do this programme you have to realise your in competition with yourself. Not the people on the T.V in front of you. So tomorrow all I have to think about is, "I can do better than yesterday". If I need to stop, I need to stop, but I can focus on getting back into it quicker! Reducing my recovery time! And if I'm honest that's one of my main things to get out of this. A Shorter recovery time. Sounds daft but to me a shorter recovery time will not only help with Roller Derby but in life aswell.


I do have a confession to make. I don't have my camera on me today. So I'm gonna attempt to relive today tomorrow. If that makes sense. I've noted down how I felt both physically and emotionally so tomorrow once I'm done with day 3 I can do both videos :)
