Day 1 (for the second time)

Day 1 (for the second time) 

HOLLA!
So as you all know I'm Alice, but if you don't, Hey I'm Alice

So this is my second time doing this programme as I had to take a break 3 months ago for some personal reasons. Now I'm ready to get back on it!

In my first blog I took some pictures of how I looked. I've done the same again this time but compared them to the ones I did first time to show like what I did do in that time and what exercise I have done since not doing it has made some change to my body so here we go









Not the biggest of transformations i am fully aware however you can see a difference. Well I can at least and that's all that matters that i see the change cause well its my body an all that.

So lets get started

I'm BAAAACCCCKKKK

HEY GUYSSS





So, I haven't done this in 3 months now.

Through some personal reasons I had to take a break from insanity.
I went through a real tough time. Had some horrible stuff happen that I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy. BUT! I started getting better. So I set myself a goal. A 3 month goal. I gave myself 3 months to get my self and my life back on track, and I have. I got myself back into my roller derby training and not long ago had my first game back against MRD's Phenonix Furies. IT WAS AMAZING! It felt so good to be back and to top it off me and my team WON! I managed to have a lil holiday with some family friends, got to go to London do some sight seeing & go the Harry Potter studio tour. I also got a new tattoo to top it all off. I did that just over a month ago, so now I'm coming up to 3 months, which means its time to get back to Insanity!!!

I'm gonna start right from the beginning! Just how I did before. Pictures, videos the lot! I hope your all as excited as I am

So to keep you amused in the mean time before i write my second first blog ...

Day 6, rest day and Day 7

Sorry for the lack of blogs past 3 days I've been all kinds of busy stalking the giant little girl round town with her uncle.

Not done any video's but here's a rough jist of what I've been up too

Day 6

So day 6 was plyometirc cardio, which is what I done on Tuesday, I made it my aim not to stop as much as I did  last time and get through it! And I did! I had to cry my way through it, but I did it ahaha.


Rest day

Sunday was my rest day! And I did exactly what it say's on the tin!


Day 7

So today I had to be up early cause I had some filming to do with the BBC. BUT it never happened cause they's messed up the dates so I'll be doing that next Monday!

After lingering round town for abit I came home and did Day 7

Today I did Cardio power and resistance, again like last time i had to still adapt certain things to what i could do, but I did try and do a proper push up, managed 1! But had to resort back to lady push ups.

All in all I feel I did better than last time, still cried tho. But its worth it

Day 5

Day 5

So i'm doing my Insanity very late today due to stalking a little giant girl, her dog and her uncle round the city centre all day. Ive been on the go since 9:30am doing roughly 10miles of walking today. So this is going to be hard

Day 4

Day 4

I'm ready for day 4! I'm fed, watered and ready to go! Just about!

Today was soooo easy compared to the past few days! Which I was so thankful for due to not getting much sleep last night.

I admit I had to convince my self to do today. I found it really hard to be motivated. But it's done :D

And for once here is a very short Day 4 (part 2)


What Shaun T failed to realise when making this programme that not only would I be doing it, but I would also be attending Roller Derby Practice twice a week! It is a big shock to my body, because well, my body isn't used to it! I never exercised in my life till I found Roller Derby 2 years ago, and now my bodies doing this. So for me to have reached just day 4 is a big personal achievement. I wont lie. I did a proud face for myself.

Day 2

Day 2

So I'm ready for day 2.
I feel really good after yesterday, yes I'm feeling tired but I always am due to a few health problems. however I'm positive and prepared for what today has in store.


DAY 2 DONE!

Jesus! I've never felt so unfit! I admit I had to stop alot during the work out, but I got straight back into it when I could! Yes it's about pushing your body and digging deeper but to do this programme you have to realise your in competition with yourself. Not the people on the T.V in front of you. So tomorrow all I have to think about is, "I can do better than yesterday". If I need to stop, I need to stop, but I can focus on getting back into it quicker! Reducing my recovery time! And if I'm honest that's one of my main things to get out of this. A Shorter recovery time. Sounds daft but to me a shorter recovery time will not only help with Roller Derby but in life aswell.


I do have a confession to make. I don't have my camera on me today. So I'm gonna attempt to relive today tomorrow. If that makes sense. I've noted down how I felt both physically and emotionally so tomorrow once I'm done with day 3 I can do both videos :)
